< VEHICLE INPUT > There are four ways to input Vehicle Information: 1. Input VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) * Confirm VIN on the VIN plate and input it, and then click "Search" button. (Production Date, Model, Catalog Code etc. appear automatically when you use the full VIN) * Minimum required entry : WMI and VDS of VIN. (e.g.'JTIE0AE80') 2. Input Frame No * If you know the Frame Number,input it as well (e.g. AE80-0001234) and click "Search" button. Production Date, Model, Catalog, etc. appear automatically. 3. Input Model Name/Catalog Code * If you only know the Model Name, input the Model Name (e.g. IPSUM) and click the "Search" button. Then, all the Catalog Codes, corresponding to the input Model Name appear so that you can make a selection. (ref Catalog Code Select) * If you know the Catalog Code, you can input it. * If you do not know the Catalog Code, click "Search" button without any input. Then all the contained Catalog Codes appear. (ref Catalog Code Select) 4. Input Model * Input Model (e.g. SXM10G-ARSEK) and click "Search" button. Then, all the Vehicle Information, corresponding to the input Model appears so that you can make a selection. (ref Vehicle Model Select) * If you do not know the full Model, input partial Model such as SX#, SXM#, SXM1#. * If you do not know the Model, click "Search" button without any input. Then, all Models contained in the Catalog appear so that you can make a selection.(ref Vehicle Model Select) * If you only input the Catalog Code, Characteristics in the Catalog can be select.(Characteristics) The system can then reduce candidate vehicles * Production Date, Color Code or Trim Code may be entered here. The system can then reduce candidate Part Numbers. * Notes can be entered for each retrieval. It will be stored in the computer. (eg. 'Special order from Mr.XXXX','Repair Number : XXXX') * If you click "Select" button, a listing of data which has been saved on the [Parts Number Translation Results] screen is displayed. (Save File List) If data is selected here, the Vehicle Information is displayed. * If you click "VCall" button, the File Select Dialog is displayed(Input Vehicle Save/Call) If a file is selected here, the Vehicle Information in the file appears. * If you click "VSave" button, the contents on the screen are saved.(Input Vehicle Save/Call) A file can be selected to save the Vehicle Information here. * Customer Language can be selected here. * If "J-PI0" button is pressed, the system calls the [J-PI0 List]. <> Some items have been already fixed. Check your input. The system can't search by the input data with the already fixed items. None. The user must enter other Vehicle Information and click "Search" button, or ckick "Clear" button to try again. <> Enter the Vehicle Information you want to search and click "Search" button. "Search" button was entered without the input of the Vehicle Information in the input areas. None. The user must correct the information and repeat the operation. <> The digit of the entered item is wrong. Check your input and click the "search" button. "Search" button was entered with the wrong input. None. The user must correct the information and repeat the operation. <> Appropriate vehicle cannot be found with the information you provided. Check your input and try again. Appropriate vehicle or vehicles cannot be determined with the information provided by the user. None. The user must correct the information and repeat the operation. <> Vehicle Information cannot be found in the specified file. There is no Vehicle Information selected on the [Input Vehicle Call] screen. None. The user must check the contents in the specified file and repeat the operation. <> Production date cannot be determined with this frame number. Enter the production date directly. The system cannot determine the production date with this frame number. None. The user may enter the production date manually or leave it unspecified. <> code=XXXX I print a screen, and please refer to an inquiry window. The system found an error and cannot proceed. The system closes the EPC, when "End" button is clicked. The system outputs hard copies and closes the ECP, when "Print" button is clicked. The user must click "End" button in the message box to close the program or click "Print" button to print the screen, and report to the consultant.
